Ridgefield Auto License spotlight: 
 
Customer Service 
 
We want to have a high profile for customer service. We 
have received a great response from the community for two 
reasons. The first being that the community is appreciative 
to have a licensing agency in their neighborhood and close 
to the I-5 freeway. Secondly the we have received great 
praise from the customer for the level of service that they 
have received. Additionally, we offer free area maps, 
guides, and information for local business and area 
attractions, such as the Ridgefield National Wildlife 
Refuge, the Cedar Creek Grist Mill, and the Pomeroy Living 
History Farm, just to name a few 
 
Titling and Licensing 
 
Our services include; titling and licensing of vehicles, 
boats, personal watercraft, RV's, motorcycles, commercial 
vehicles, and manufactured homes. We also renew 
registrations, file reports of sale, trip permits, fuel 
permits, dealer permits, disability permits and plates, 
change of name of address, new plates, specialty plates and 
personal plates. Cash or check payments are required for 
licensing, however we offer a computer for the public to 
use in our lobby for "no-change" renewals for payment with 
a credit card. Waiting is kept to a minimum and we us a 
"take-a-number" system. 
 
Notary 
 
Additionally we offer a notary public at $5.00 per seal 
and free WI-FI for our customers.

Our goal is to continue to provide the highest quality of 
customer service to all of our customers and expand 
recognition through honesty, service, and dependability.
